Hunters:

Here are the directions on how to arrive to Mt. Sterling, Illinois approximately 700 miles from Georgia, so gentleman please drive responsibly and carefully.  If for any reason you need assistance, please call 404.401.1341 or call my wife as soon as possible where she can help.  My mobile number is the best way I can be reached.

Follow interstate 75 north to Chattanooga, Tenn then take 24 west all the way to 57 north in southern Illinois (24 will actually turns into 57).  Follow 57 north to 64 west.  Once on 64 follow it to Exit 23 Lebanon, which is hwy 4 north.  Follow 4 north to 55 north.  Continue 55 north to Springfield.  Pick up 72 west out of Springfield.  Continue to exit 68 Jacksonville.  Take right which will be 67 north.  Follow 67 through main strip.  When you come to the end of the strip take a right onto 104 west towards Meredosia.  There's a Steak and Shake on the left.  Continue on 67/104 west towards Beardstown/Macomb.  Approximately 10-12 miles after leaving Jacksonville 104 west will turn left towards Meredosia.  Once entering Meredosia cross the Illinois River immediately turn right onto 99 north.  Follow 99 north all the way to Mt. Sterling.  You will pass a prison and the Irish House Hotel on the left.  Immediately following take a left onto 107 south.  Approximately 5-7 miles look for Illinois Connection sign on right.  Also, small green sign on a telephone pole that reads western Illinois unlimited.  Take a right onto that road.  Follow this road for approximately 3 to 4 miles and it will fork.  Take the right fork  and go to second lodge on the right all the way to top of hill (approx. .3 tenths) lodge is across from old siloh.  Do not mistake the first home for us if you see mobile homes ( used for lodging you are in the wrong place ) go to the next lodge on right and you are there.

Hunters coming from north and east find Mt. Sterling, Illinois on map (east of Quincy or western Illinois) and pick up 107 south and follow directions.  If any hunters come to McKee Creek on 107 you missed the road to turn down that our lodge is on.  Turn around cross back over creek and should be first black top on left.

Hunters traveling via air look for intersecting highways that will put you in place with the directions.  Please travel with atlas.  It will make directions easier.  Remember to arrive one day before your hunt begins.  Those that decide to arrive even earlier will not be accommodated due to limited lodging.  Gentlemen needing to contact me before their hunt should call the number(s) above and they will give you a direct line to me or call my cell.  Once again, please drive safely and we are looking forward to seeing you for the hunt.

Thank you
